Plenty of Amneties in surrounding areas including, restaurants, bars, shops etc. there is plenty of activities to do nearby, including things for children and adults of all ages

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They take too long and seem to put in place temporary fixed which results in reoccurring issues

There is constant maintenance issues. Poor management

The location of the building is quite good. There are loads of restaurants, nearby because it is near city center. there’s Morrison’s right next door, which makes grocery shopping easy and there’s a lot of bars and clubs down the road. There are many bus stops right on the main street 4 minutes away from the building as well as the train station that is 15 minutes away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team responds to any issues. Although it is not as fast, but they rectify all problems

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Depending on which building you’re living, the area can be quite dark at night. So it is good to consider how safe you’d feel coming back at night.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location of the house is quite convenient, as there are several cheap restaurants, bars, and clubs nearby. Trinity mall and Merrion centre are also a walkable distance from the house so shopping is convenient. The traffic noise is rarely a problem, but there is sometimes a ruckus due to events at the First Direct Arena. As for transportation, the bus stops are only a few minutes away, and the train station is a small driven away. The bins are sometimes too full, but they are definitely emptied the next day.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team itself cannot do much, but they sometimes help raise our complaints to a higher priority. The maintenance team books appointments to get the problem fixed as soon as possible.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I personally did not consider that I may have had too many personal belongings and that I may run out of storage having another flatmate with her stuff as well.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

YPP Management & Lettings Agency are the worse agent I’ve ever dealt with. They falsely advertised price on Rightmove, didn’t give correct information at viewing and when asked holding fee because of above, they refused! My student daughter is now out of pocket because of their incompetence! Do not use this company!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They refuse to refund holding fee even though I have told them we wasn’t given the correct information

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

What needs to be paid up front. YPP demand holding fee, then 14 days later 1 weeks deposit + 3 months rent up front. My daughter wasn’t moving in for another 7 months!
