Great building great location, love the area and amenities. Had a few problems with homeless people entering the building and stealing parcels. And sleeping in parcel room and bike lock up

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have had a problem with our bathroom tile almost two years ago and still not been sorted properly

Lack of parking in the area is annoying if you own a car

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location has many links to the city centre and harbourside area. There is no on street or underground parking available due to the central location of our block. The bins are collected regularly and the bin room is clean. The building is cleaned regularly and kept in good condition. The traffic noise is no bother due to thick windows and walls. There is very little noise from neighbours due to this. The traffic links are brilliant as we are less than a ten minute walk from the main train station. There is little sunlight into the flat since the development has been extended and there is a new tower block outside being built. This means it can get quite loud in the mornings due to works directly outside.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes very swiftly and effectively, we have had good communication with the building management.

Perfect central location, tucked away from the noise! Close to shops, train station, buses, restaurants, etc.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I've not had any issues recently so cannot comment.

I knew the place before moving in, so there were not suprises.

Access to town is fantastic, nearby shops and amenities. Parking is lacking though. Overall a nice block but was certainly better a year or so ago.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Can take some chasers but they’ll get there eventually

Lack of parking. Rent increases each year, parcel system/ room doesn’t work and they go missing

Braid House is close to city centre and at a very convenient location, with good public transportation network (train, bus and coach). It is also great that it has secured parking facility. One bad thing is there will be a high-rise building built next to Braid House and block the air flow, sunlight and view.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management promptly responded the issues raised by me (e.g. the entrance door could not properly closed).

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Not much to share. I got all the information about the apartment and building before I moved in.
