Great flat, low running costs, fantastic neighbours in an area where a community spirit is starting to form.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Depending on the issue sometimes very responsive sometimes bureaucracy takes over.

How much the area would improve in such a short period of time!

I like transport links although the walk is about 15 mins. The area could be safer.

The external doors of the property, they could be manoeuvred better.

I like that it's a quiet area because it's near the river and not facing towards a road, transports close by and the area is safe.

Some residents were given other options And we weren't told about it so I wish we had known.

I wish the building was gated, and there two ballads at the entrance and it's not secure. There was also once a homeless guy living under the flat but now it's sorted. It could've been avoided if there was better security

The building is close to local shops and transport. The prices for the buildings are really high, and it isn't very safe, I definitely wouldn't go out at night in the area.

No there isn't

I wouldn't really change anything I'm happy with the building,

I like that it's near the river, but I dislike the frequency of the market because it leaves a lot of rubbish on the street. The transport links around here are pretty good too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building company is fine but the building management response time is slow and close to none.
