Very close to the tesco and subway all the residents are super nice! Nothing to complaint we love the place

They respond and fix our problem very quickly always accountable

Honestly I think we got most info we needed :) we had a smooth move in

The receptionist, Saad, was very enthusiastic and helped me a lot. He is really nice and provides a lot of useful suggestions.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been responsive and efficient in addressing any issues I have raised. They handle maintenance requests promptly and communicate updates clearly. Whenever I have reported a problem, they have taken appropriate action in a timely manner.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is the actual noise levels at different times of the day. While the building is generally well-insulated, certain areas can be noisier than expected, especially during peak hours or weekends.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Not too many restaurants are available nearby but there are grocery stores just downstairs and across the street as well.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I had little issues living in this building. Everything is easy to manage and straightforward. Rarely get any issues so no complaints.

NA I don’t have anything I didn’t know before moving in. The site manager has explained all really well.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are many local stores just less than a minute away from me such as simply fresh. There is Tesco and sainsbury less than 5 mins away

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Beverly has been very helpful whenever I need anything in the building. She kindly helped me with my mission on finding rocks in the building that I need for a project

The building is great I’m happy with everything here

The apartment has a warm and cosy architectural style, creating a comfortable living environment. It features a communal workspace, making it convenient for remote work or study. The presence of plenty of greenery adds to the relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, there is a convenience store and a large supermarket nearby, making daily life exceptionally convenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have had a wonderful experience at this apartment. The staff are incredibly professional and always ready to assist with any queries or concerns. In particular, Saad stands out for his dedication and exceptional customer service. He is not only hardworking and responsible but also genuinely friendly and approachable, always ensuring that residents feel comfortable and well taken care of. His attention to detail and commitment to providing the best service truly make a difference. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-managed and welcoming living environment.
