Very close to the tesco and subway all the residents are super nice! Nothing to complaint we love the place

They respond and fix our problem very quickly always accountable

Honestly I think we got most info we needed :) we had a smooth move in

It’s an okay area, the convenience of the tube is fantastic, there is a new coffee shop due to open soon and a gym has just opened less than a 1 min walk from the building which is amazing! Bow in general doesn't have loads going on and it's a 10min walk to the nearest coffee shop currently. The tesco is very convenient but for other local high street amenities there's nothing super convenient close by.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have always been diligent in responding to requests, Beverly and Helga are very friendly :) No major problems raised but we have a whatsapp to ask questions to and the response is usually pretty quick

That there are not very convenient high street amenities beyond Tesco

The area is very tranquil overall and has a lot of options to get groceries nearby. Very convenient to walk places and the immediate site is well kept. Transport is very practical.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Adequately and with intention of helping. Proactive.

It is a nice area to walk around and reach nearby places.

Riverstone heights and the surrounding area offer a lively mix of local shops (big tesco), restaurants, bars, and open spaces that cater to a range of tastes and preferences. For dining and socialising, there’s a good variety of eateries and cozy pubs within walking distance, along with some charming cafes and specialty shops. Local open spaces, like Mile End Park and Victoria Park, are perfect for outdoor activities, walking, and relaxation, adding a peaceful, green aspect to the neighbourhood. Transportation links in this part of East London are highly convenient, with excellent access to bus routes and the underground (2 min walk. This ensures easy and quick connections across the city. While traffic can sometimes be heavier during rush hours, the general availability and frequency of public transport make commuting straightforward. Living in Riverstone heights itself is generally pleasant and community-focused. The area maintains regular bin collections, keeping the street clean and well-maintained. Anti-social behavior is minimal, and noise levels are mostly limited to occasional peak times, allowing for a quiet and comfortable living environment. Overall, the area combines the best of city convenience with a welcoming, neighbourly atmosphere.

Yes, it’s usually fixed within 24 hours unless a maintenance team needs to be called.

I wish I did the tour with the team rather than an external agency. Agency didn’t know anything then Beverly told us the truth.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

well located 2 minute walk to Tesco extra and Sainsbury’s local. not many cafes/restaurants nearby, but only a short tube to Mile End or Shoreditch.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The reception WhatsApp channel is really convenient and generally get responses and issues solved quickly.

I wish I knew there was more than just the 2/3 flats available that we saw, as it would have been nice to have more choice.
