Very close to the tesco and subway all the residents are super nice! Nothing to complaint we love the place

They respond and fix our problem very quickly always accountable

Honestly I think we got most info we needed :) we had a smooth move in

It’s all good. Was properly checked on regarding my wellbeing and it’s really close to Stratford and canary whenever I’d love to go for food especially dinner also close to the shops!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been very responsive, addressing issues promptly and effectively. They communicate clearly about the status of repairs and ensure that concerns are resolved to residents' satisfaction. Their proactive approach fosters a positive living environment.

Additionally, I learned that the community hosts regular events, which are a great way to meet neighbors and build connections. I recommend new residents participate in these gatherings to quickly feel at home. Lastly, understanding the parking situation better would have been beneficial, as it can get busy during weekends. Overall, being proactive in getting to know the community can greatly enhance the living experience.

I stayed there with my family for couple of days , the view of city, amenities as well the quality of products provided is impeccable. The tube and grocery store is just around the corner being cherry on the cake for your stay.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Initially , it was quite skeptical probably it was weekend then. Later, every query was dealt promptly.

Everything was informed prior, though i was a bit surprised to see the property being exactly the same as in pictures.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good access to gym, supermarket, shops, underground etc. Bin chute is convenient. Good soundproofing.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t encountered any problems with the property yet.

I wasn’t aware how long the underfloor heating takes to warm up, but it is good when left on at a low level and seems relatively cheap to run.

Living Riverstone heights has been a great experience the location is convenient with easy access to shops

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I’ve had a great experience at Riverstone heights the managements is responsive ,the amenities are well maintained and common area are always clean the location is convenient,and the overall atmosphere feels welcoming and safe

Saad is good staff always helpful and professional. He always goes above and beyond to make this place feels home
