The apartment is very close to work which is ideal and it is safe. However because of the high rise buildings there is a lack of light. Transport is fantastic, the area is well connected.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That there is no air con in the apartment.

What is the best feature of your home:

The fact that it’s in such close proximity to work.

Like - Very convenient as its near my workplace. Dislike - Its pretty dead here as there isn't a big social scene.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The handle issues very well but do take a while when they have to chase the agencies up.

Theres nothing I wish knew, I knew what I was getting into.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s a really nice area to live in. Well connected area in terms of transport and very safe to live in. There’s a really big city police station literally across the street.

That there were building works going on for 6 months while living here, which was longer than I’d been told.

Like -Nice concierge Disike - Its a very expensive apartment.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The agency are great, the respond on time and do a great job.

No direct sunlight which makes my apartment a bit dull.
