Shops are close by. Train station within walking distance. Nice clean development. Dislike; too many cars parked illegally. Some anti social behaviour.

Security and maintenance needs to be better. The building door keeps breaking. Area is good with the park and the big garden space. Parking is bad apart from the disability parking. No chance to get a permit, you have to pay for a private space in the area. Shops are close by which is good, plus the gym and swimming pool are not far in Stepney Green.

Like everything is good although the rent expensive

I like that the area good areas around stepney green I dislike that there's nothing here for young professionals to do

I wish I'd have known that the areas around stepney green would gentrify and the actual area wouldn't

I like the flat as it's quite nice I don't like that they take forever to sort problems

I wish I'd known about the sink blockages that keep happening

What is the best feature of your home:

The lighting in the flat is really nice and warm.
