Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

In terms of the settlement: it is gated, there is a secure concierge and the safety is great. The tube station is a ten minute walk away, so that is ok, although further than where I lived before.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It has all been good so far, but my apartment faves the canal and when it’s very hot in the summer, it’s difficult to keep the windows open due to insects etc.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

I’m very happy with everything so far. There was one issue with the main door, meaning we had to go down to it to receive guests, instead of just buzzing them in from my flat, but I believe this is now solved.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I like that the bus stops are close (there is a great night bus service), and the supermarket is a minute away. The area is very safe. The tube station is also very close

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I didn’t realise the construction next door would go on for so long. However the windows block the sound pretty well.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

The way the main door operates means you have to use a key fob to enter. This is great because it is more safe but it means you have to go downstairs always for deliveries etc.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Food shopping isnt great due to lack of variety of shops - eg Waitrose is in Canary Wharf

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes Daniel is always on hand to help which is great.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The new construction blocking our light. No cctv in bike storage is a nuisance for security.

Decent place

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very good location due to being central - Shoreditch close and Soho not too far. Noodle Street in Limehouse is fantastic for noodles.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quickly and well handled. Daniel has been great with handling any issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing really. Everything was explained and made clear so no nasty surprises!
