Canary wharf is an amazing area to live in. Loads of bars and resturants, also all the shopping and nightlife you could want. It should also be mentioned it's super safe and clean.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes I had an issue with the door and they fixed it the same day.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I had a pretty good idea as I've stayed in the area and seen the place a lot.

We absolutely love where we live. There’s so much to do, so many restaurants and businesses, and easy access to all transit lines.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are quick to respond, typically within the same day, and help to resolve issues or provide additional information when asked.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It sounds silly but my old residence had a trash shoot that was amazing — each floor had a door to open and throw your trash bags down, rather than having to take trash down.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Love the area, super close to the office, lots of great food and drink options on the Canary Wharf side for a more chain-like experience and plenty of local gems on the Isle of Dogs side!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, 100%. Fixing everything super quickly, Dean Joao always there for us!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Tough to say, everything was explained very well by the lettings team. The only concern that I may raise is that no one mentioned that Airbnb plan that can be put in place. Would rather not have the building to be turned into a collection of short stay rentals whenever someone is out for a vacation.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I’d say the staff, particularly Emilia, in reception makes for a very good feeling when entering the building. She if always very friendly and she shows out dog lots of love.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, quick and thorough in there response even on weekends.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The Docklands Light Railway is very noisy. The trains screech through 90 degree bends close to all the buildings. Starting around 5am and going on to past midnight. This affects not only Sailmakers but most buildings on the Isle of Dogs.

Great transport links, a vibrant local community, diverse dining and shopping options, and a pet-friendly atmosphere make this area a wonderful place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management responded promptly and professionally to the issue, keeping residents informed and ensuring it was resolved efficiently.

Check the council tax band and any pet-related fees.
