Canary wharf is an amazing area to live in. Loads of bars and resturants, also all the shopping and nightlife you could want. It should also be mentioned it's super safe and clean.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes I had an issue with the door and they fixed it the same day.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I had a pretty good idea as I've stayed in the area and seen the place a lot.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Super cool area to live in. Very easy links to the City from south quay (even if you dont get a seat on the tube, alot of people get off at Canary Wharf so you can almost always get a seat). Canary wharf has everything, very different to what it was before. Bars, restaurants, shopping, games areas, kids areas. And all within walking distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Issues are resolved almost instantly. Very efficient.

The repairs and maintenance. It would have made the decision a no brainer. It is extremely good, efficient and convenient,

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The building is very close to Canary Wharf and, thus, its surroundings. Exactly 2 Tescos near the building, less than 5 minutes of walking. Great location.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very fast. One day, I needed the maintenance to come up to my flat and the team was sent within the same day.

Nothing comes up to my mind. So far, I love the building and its facilities.

It’s. A good location with lot of shops The are a is really Nice and modern Sport activity are really Nice especially the monday courses with bradie which is a professional and motivated coach. She is inspiring and had a good power energy she create a team that supports each other, pushes boundaries, and embraces the spirit of collective challenge with excellence. Emilia is also Nice and helpfull Always here to help and smilling

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The are really proactive all the Time and Nice Especizlly Bradie and emilia

Nothing to say about that May you have to make the app or the website more userfriendly

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The good aspect is that it’s is very safe and peaceful as I often on night alas and I never felt scared or worried the bad aspect is the increasing price and that it is mandatory to pay a year in advance which is not very common

Yes, they’ve helped locate my watch and resolved my issue in a timely manner

I don’t really like dogs and I wish I knew how many dogs I would encounter.
