Canary wharf is an amazing area to live in. Loads of bars and resturants, also all the shopping and nightlife you could want. It should also be mentioned it's super safe and clean.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes I had an issue with the door and they fixed it the same day.

I had a pretty good idea as I've stayed in the area and seen the place a lot.

Canary Warf is surprizing to most - all of the amenities are here - best resturants - seating on the water - and transportation by 3 lines everywhere you want to go - 8min to Liverpool St , 45 min Heathrow Direct - 20min to City Airport - It is a hub more in the center than on edge.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Maintence done the same day on the time said - helpful and nice to speak with - Emillia does a great job in particular - first person to remember my birthday gift - was Emillia - amazing

It offers great transport, shops, and parks, connectivity other part of London, highly secure Living in South Quay, Canary Wharf, offers a great support to day to day life.Some of them are Transport: Excellent transport links, including the DLR, Jubilee Line, Thames Clippers river bus, and soon the Elizabeth Line, make commuting easy. It's well-connected to the City and central London. Shops, Restaurants, & Bars: Canary Wharf offers a wide range of high-end shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars. From global brands to independent boutiques, there's plenty to choose from. The dining scene is vibrant with options ranging from casual to fine dining. Open Spaces: The area boasts several well-maintained parks and green spaces, like South Quay Park, providing a nice escape from urban life. There are also scenic riverside areas for walking or jogging. A South Quay offers a blend of modern city living with excellent amenities.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Emilia Dejka-Lopes is always on top when it comes to at responding and addressing issues like maintenance requests or if we need nay help and support. She is very professional and reliable.I am very satisfied with staying here and will recommend to any future tenants.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving into Sailmaker & Sirocco Tower is how busy the area can get during office hours, especially with the nearby Canary Wharf business district. I would recommend exploring nearby transport options and the availability of bike storage if you rely on those more than driving. Otherwise, it's a great location for easy access to Canary Wharf's amenities.

Very wonderful. Emilia has been of great help to me settling in. She introduced me to all the facilities.

Emilia has helped in so many areas I needed help with

I wish I knew someone like Emilia would be stationed here. I would’ve done less knowing she’d be of so much help

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We have been living here for 12 months and it has been exceptional only due to Emillia and her hard work. She is constantly helpful, happy and makes our life here wonderful. She is a credit to the Greystar team and is the best memeber. We can only tank her for her amazingness.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Perfect - they have been great and receptive. Our main contact has been Emilia.and she has been amazing from start to end - everything is seamless

Nothing, we were shown the apartment and development by Emilia and everything was open and transparent.
