Very good location, close to convenient stores and not far from the University and City.

The unadjustable heater, security of the place, and no reception

Great place if you enjoy nightlife as it is close to clubs and pubs alike, there is a spar next door and it is close to the city centre. Horrible place if you want to sleep at night as there are clubs 10 meters from your doorstep. it is also right next to train tracks which are loud and annoying.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

very quick management from moving in and maintenance.

The Clubs and the train noises would be great to know.

Likes : new, easy to get to, bars , good transport, not far from Piccadilly station Dislike no reception, packages

All good. I had all the information prior moving in.

Likes : convenient , near by uni good location Dislike : noise from the club , no reception - packages don't get delivered

Primarely the location and good community as all friends live there

Like - convenient - chinese restaurants , northern campus, deliveroo dislikes: bad security , no reception, lost parcels

Wished there was a Chinese language website option to be able to understand more prior moving in
