Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Co-op on site which is really handy! It feels like a safe area and doesn’t take long to get into Wimbledon town centre (15/20 min walk). Only issue is it is not very close to a tube station
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The flat does get very hot so you need to buy a fan in advance
What is the best feature of your home:
The complex was lovely and modern and all in all a nice place to live

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The development is in between the centre of Wimbledon and Wimbledon Park so it requires either a walk or a bus journey to access a lot of the shops. There is a Co-op attached to the development which is helpful, however it is quite expensive. Haydon's Road station is about a 10 minute walk away and Wimbledon Park station is about a 15 minute walk.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish we'd known there was no direct access to the car park and that there is no way for us to take our own meter readings. You have to rely on management to do it for you.
What is the best feature of your home:
Probably our open plan kitchen/lounge. It feels nice and spacious and the kitchen comes with lots of cupboard space.
