Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Decent variety of bars and restaurants. Transport links are very good. Parking availability is very difficult as permits are required everywhere. Not enough recycling bins.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The management company are pretty useless which is annoying.
What is the best feature of your home:
Good lighting with all of the windows and a great balcony.
