Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area speaks for itself, surrounded by woodland, right beside Greenwich Park, and a 10 minute walk to Greenwich town centre. Close enough to be convenient, far enough away to not be surrounded by traffic and tourists (oh, private road too helps with this).
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I've experienced none so far but they have been pretty good with communicating what they will be doing with regards to improvements.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Admittedly the water pressure isn't great in the shower but we've had communication they hope to improve this.
