Poor customer service not helpful at all. They always saying it’s standard but can’t provide any written documents.

Everything you need within walking distance. Excellent transport links to Leicester city centre with buses running late a night- great for work. The estate is quiet, everyone very respectful.

We have not raised any concerns with the developer

Not far from the development is Main Street with handy shops like co-op, hardware shops, banks. My Avenue is very quite people and neighbours are very friendly, packing is good when my car is in the garage I still have space for 2 more cars on my drive. Bin collection are on time and no noise of traffic. Happy with my location and developer.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Like any new build you get snagging and problems thy have responded to my problems, it’s taking time to have them resolved but they are resolving them.

My garden I wish they had told me it was going to be at a slope also it’s a very odd shape. The garden is what’s letting the house down, the fences are also too low neighbours can see over into your garden

Been effective and efficient. We had a few dents in our wall althat was sorted straight the way

So far we have been in the property for two weeks and so far so good - the local facilities are very good with convenience stores, take aways, banking and even a local butcher!! The doctors surgery is only a few metres away from my house and a chemist is on the high street - there is a bus on the main road which takes you into Leicester or into Hinckley & Nuneaton - all of which have excellent train access - I cannot comment on schools as I do not have children but local dog walking amenities are excellent and there are even many poop bins to hand!!

Yes - the after sales care is proving to be excellent
