situated in a nice quite area at the back of the town park, so many facilities around local restaurants and shop, a beautiful pool area and local forestry to walk around with the family

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

always on time, the longest we have ever had to wait for a repair was 3 weeks so very happy

wish we could have moved in years ago, everthing about this house and area is amazing

Fantastic location, short walk to Telford Town Park and Town Centre. Lots of trails and quick access to the Silkin Way

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Would be nice for certain things to be fixed a little quicker when raising maintenance requests. But things do get done

Nothing

Great location, fairly isolated from busy areas and main roads but easy enough to get to and just a short walk into the town centre and local parks.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any queries or issues (not many) responded to very quickly

Nothing! Take advantage of the local area and all the walking routes

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s very close to the town park and there is lots of little walks for the children, we have a very quiet estate, with lots of friendly children for my children to play with.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

If we’ve raised any concerns they have been dealt with quite quickly, we’ve only had one that hasn’t been dealt with

We wish we viewed the property first as the 3rd bedroom is a little bit small and on the pictures sent it looked a lot bigger
