Close to Houghton Regis town centre and local amenities with parking availability. Bin collection by the council is weekly.

The environment is serene and. A good place to race children

I love the garden, it's so spacious and clean. The parking lot is also big.

The good thing about living in my area is that the environment is quite, cool, their open space is large and well maintained, the bar and shops are serving our purpose as residents, good parking availability,no anti behavior noticed for now,bin collection is ok, but the problem we are facing is on transport,we have to work a distance before catching a bus, there's no traffic noise.

I saw the development and liked the design and the calm environment, but I would have loved to view the house before paying to see the room size,the garden is good and recommend ,the refrigerator is small to contain stuff for the family, they should reconsider that for a bigger one

The location is good. But if you don't have a car you can not operate very well from this end as there are no buses coming into this place. The location is very lovely and peaceful.

The company should give room for viewing of properties.

The white kitchen unit. The electrical fitting is standard.

The local area is full of vibrant and young family, with local amenities and easy access to shops and necessary facilities.

Nothing really, beyond my expectation. All good with nothing bad to say

Location in the development. It’s a detached building

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We have some shops such as Tesco, coffee shop and some takeaways in the estate area but anything else isn’t that close. Ideally I’d recommend having a car to live In this area, but it is still nice and a lot of nice fields / walking space. Parking on my street is great and haven’t experienced problems with anyone, all seem very friendly. It’s quite a nice area at the top of the hill

I wish I had known how handy it is having a car living in this area

What is the best feature of your home:

Overall just the ability to have a new build house without needing a mortgage. The bathrooms and kitchens are especially great and kitchen comes with everything you need and very modern
