There is good travel links close to the development, both for drivers and public transport. There is a large park with a number of facilities such as basketball court within a short walk and also local schools in the area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Window reported as broken and was fixed within 2 weeks of reporting - kept updated throughout.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The estate isn’t fully completed from a works point of view and the roads are therefore often in a state of disrepair which has caused us tyre issues (nail puncture for example).

In terms of places to shop, our residential development has a lot of options at a walking distance. The local town has all the necessary places you would need to visit from national food markets like Aldi and Morrisons, to post office, banks, leisure centre, library, pubs and bars. The local street has enough parking space for each resident and the area is very quiet as it is facing a river. While behind the street of houses, there is a neighbourhood of all the other houses in the estate.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The development's building management are good at maintaining communication when required.

If you have sensitive ears, the local Cargill factory can be loud at times but it's not a daily or weekly experience. It's just a light hovering sound you hear in the background every few months, which you eventually get used to.

Bin collection and the way some co Tenants in my block of flat treat and handle their waste.

Peaceful environment. Morden and decent architecture.

This has has been a happy home for us since we moved 8 months ago. House was finished to high standards, everything works as it should.

Someone stole my bike. Wish I knew that I needed a better pad lock

My house is very bright and get sunlight all the time

Great amenities and location. 8min walk to Eccles tram station, and less than 10min drive from a lot of supermarkets and shops (Aldi, West One retail park, Morrissons, Asda, Trafford Center). Quiet development away from busy street. Very good parking availability wether you have a parking lot or not. The development is very diverse as well with people from multiple backgrounds.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very reactive and understandable, they have an online plateform where issues are reported and dealt with in timely manner
