Perfect walking distance to Sheffield City Centre and excellent public transport links seconds away. Lovely green spaces surrounding the development with Norfolk Park a stones throw away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All problems or issued raised are often dealt with in a timely manner and are resolved to a high standard.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The ceilings are extra high and allow for tall book shelves!

It is very easy to get into Sheffield which is lovely. Also, Norfolk Park is lovely and is a few minutes walk away. However, the location is right next to a big road and is therefore a bit noisy. Also there is a large housing development next door.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very slowly, quite often nothing is done. Intercom has never been fixed despite us raising the issue numerous times. Meter readings are not posted at regular intervals which causes difficulties when sorting bills.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That there was going to be a large housing development immediately outside of our bedroom window.

As we're unable to gain identifiable information on reviewers via Home Views, we will pass this on to the Asset Manager of Park Grange House and request that they urgently chase up the issue with your intercom. In the meantime, we'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. Following resident feedback, we're pleased to announce that we now have a new section to the My Simple Life mobile app, which allows residents to request updated meter readings on an ad-hoc basis - we really hope that this will provide more convenience for our residents.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location, really close to city centre and the tram stop. Bit of traffic noise as the tram and cars go past right outside but doesn't really bother me that much. There are not any shops etc. within walking distance though so useful if you have a car, but like I said the tram stop helps a lot.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are very slow and not very helpful, I have to chase them multiple times before getting any help.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The management will do the bare minimum so best to rely on yourself and help from neighbours.

Hi Em, Thank you for your review. We’re really pleased to hear that you love your Simple Life property and the location of Park Grange House. According to our records we can see that you last requested your readings in April and they were supplied to you the following day. Since then, we can’t see any further requests from you on our system. We’re also really pleased to report that within the next week or so, we will have a new meter reading section within the My Simple Life mobile app which will allow you to see all your historic readings and enable you to request readings on an ad-hoc basis, to suit you, at a click of a finger.
