Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Positives are that it is very close to city centre and one can walk canal side for 12-15minutes and reach the City centre. Tesco is 200 metres, City hospital is just across the road, fuel station 100 metre, Peri pino takeaway 150 metre, Other local shops like Barber, City fryer, bakery, local DIY shops, ALDI - all of them are within walkable distance. Negative- Honestly, can’t see any negative in the location.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, there is sometimes a little delay in response but majority of the time, I was happy with service.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Getting a parking space here could take 6 to 8 months.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is great close to a very busy high street and the city centre. Plenty shops within walking distance and opposite a hospital! Parking availability on site is very poor and expensive for where it is. It’s cheaper to park somewhere else close by. Love the new parcel also

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management have responded to my problems and issue raised very quick and prompt and sorted all minor issues to a good standard

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How the visitor parking spaces would work and the very high price of the visitor spots once free passes are used. Also, how the water boiler works.
