Broken and miserable Milverton Road takes the spirit out of Spirit Quarters.

Spirit Quarters in CV2 1QT is located just opposite a stream which runs with lot of stagnation. The stagnation causes weed growth and decay and this creates lot of offensive odour. It smells like poop and it is unbearable during warmer months especially. There is nothing good in the local area. It is dangerous to walk alone. There was a murder recently near the Bell Green Farmland store and Lloyds Pharmacy. The lawn opposite adds to the stink because dogs are brought here and it is very convenient for them to poop and pee.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No, never they just give excuses. I have been telling about repairing the Milverton road for 2.5 years. Nothing has been done so far. Nor do they care about the stink benefitting our lungs from the nearby stream.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That we will not be able to drive freely in and out of the property. That there will be stinking gases coming out and cause illness in the long run to children and aged especially.

There are no shops bars in the area you have to travel at least half a mile to get one. The neighbourhood is a bit rough with rare anti social behaviour.

About the neighbourhood being a bit rough and the distance from city other wise I would recommend the houses very beautiful design.

The part of the development I live in is a lovely location with lots of greenery which is well kept by keepmoat. However the river near by needs sorting as it smells horrible when the weather is warm. The location is very close to a neglected area so there aren't many shops etc near by, however if you drive this isn't a problem. There is plenty of parking available to all houses in the street and the area is nice and quiet. The only issue I've had is the developers leaving the road half block paved for a couple of months, however they have resolved this issue now.

The area is lovely and quiet with beautiful scenery.
