Everything is perfect for the location and just a 10 mins walk to city centre, buses are convenient and everything is accessible

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded very fast to sort the issues and I'm very glad to stay here

A property is very safe and provides secure environment and recycling of waste is amazing

Spring Wharf offers a peaceful place with easy access to the city center and local amenities. The transport links are generally convenient, with frequent bus and train services.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, all issues always sorted very quickly and efficiently!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Lots of social events which is something I didn’t expect before moving in.

Spring Wharf is near the centre but still has parking available, and there's plenty of convenient shops nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had lots of questions when we were first looking at the apartment, and the team were all very helpful!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Even the unfurnished apartments still have white goods, including a washing machine/tumble drier.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We are right by a bus stop and oldfield trails station which is extremely helpful for work and the English weather!! Can get over 100 different restaurants delivered from Uber eats which is a bonus! Although sometimes the bin store on site can get messy as people don’t sort their own recycling properly which is a shame

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yet to have an issue to be resolved but I am sure the team would act fast

I wish there was an indoor communal area but other than that all good!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Bike storage on the site is really nice, close to the local shops and a quick walk into the city Parking can be a little bit of a pain to find around if you don't pay for the parking

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team showed me around when I moved in and gave a rundown of everything, was really helpful.

There's some buildings going up around which don't look that nice but that can't be helped
