Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is great, surrounded by shops and restaurants such as Tesco, Lidl, McDonald's, Costa coffee etc. literally next door. The train station and bus stops are not far away, with 15-20 mins walking distance to city centre. Despite of its great location, it is quiet and peaceful. There is also no issue of anti social behaviour at all, a very safe area.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Same or next day response with the issues being addressed within 2-3 days latest.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How easy it's collecting the parcels with their parcel system in place, I don’t have to worry if I miss the delivery time.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good location. Transport links are good, and not far from more than one train station. Noise is as expected for somewhere this central, not a problem though.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Raised a couple of issues, all waiting for parts or repairs to be booked. Hopefully resolved soon.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I can't really think of anything. It's basically what I expected.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It feels like home but even better as we are always greeted by the friendliest staff on reception. My dog loves it here more than I do, especially when he's greeted by the concierge and management at reception with biscuits! I have already made friends in the building because of the resident events organised by Spring Wharf to meet others, where we do fun social things together , such as taking dog for a walk. It's easy to walk everywhere, and there's always something to do. I have managed to get myself involved in a few artist communities, such as the Roseberry Road Gallery next door with interesting exhibitions, and the Bath city arts centre where you can take sculpting classes. The bus only takes 5-10 mins into the town centre or one can walk if exercise is preferred. Getting around is hassle free and quite scenic as there's the choice of walking by the river Avon into town to see swans. Every summer there are hot air balloons flying over from Bristol. There's a pub on the other side of the road if, you fancy seeing some random bands and nicely priced drinks, and easy to meet the locals if you're new to Bath city. There is so much stuff to do other than the tourist things.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
To be honest, I have not had any issues because the place is efficiently looked after.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I do not have anything as I am satisfied enough with the standard of living, and everything meets my requirement in a letting property.

Short walking distance to everything that you need. Good range of shops with Lidl, M&S and Moorland Road just a short walk away. Also a nice walk into town. There are bus stops right outside the development as well.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Always incredibly fast responses to any requests or questions we have.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How attentive and helpful the staff here are, and all the residents events they put on for us here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in this area has its advantages and drawbacks. The flat is conveniently located just 20 minutes on foot from Bath city centre, with frequent buses running along Bristol Road for quicker access. There are good shopping options nearby, including a large Sainsbury’s just a 15-minute walk away and a Lidl only 10 minutes away. For leisure, there are two bars within a 10-minute walk and another directly in front of the flat, as well as a gym just a minute away. However, a major downside is the ongoing construction and development along Bristol Road, which makes walking in the area more challenging.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been generally responsive and helpful, though I have been waiting for a roof repaint due to a leak that wasn’t caused by me. Most issues are handled efficiently.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One great thing I wish I had known before moving in is how helpful and friendly the concierge team is—they genuinely make life easier, whether it’s handling deliveries or assisting with queries. Also, the riverside location is even prettier than expected, especially in the mornings!
