Everything is perfect for the location and just a 10 mins walk to city centre, buses are convenient and everything is accessible

They have responded very fast to sort the issues and I'm very glad to stay here

A property is very safe and provides secure environment and recycling of waste is amazing

Great area, close to the shops and pubs and a 20 minute walk into town centre. The only downside is the availability of reasonably priced parking, but can't expect much living close to the city centre!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
To be honest there hasn’t been any issues, everything has always gone very smoothly - anything you raise with the team gets actioned very quickly and efficiently.

Outdoor parking wasn't available when I moved in but I have been added to a waitlist.

The site is really close to the city centre. The transport links are generally convenient, with frequent bus and train services.

The building management is always ready to assist and help.

How easy it would be to live here ...Internet is already set up, utility accounts are easy to set up, team are extra lovely.

Spring Wharf is in an excellent location. The shops are just 3 minutes away, and it has easy access to public transportation, including trains and buses.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They are very proactive and responsive and always looking for new ideas to improve. They organise events to bring people together and socialise which is great.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How quickly the management team responds to any issues. Their willingness to help at any time of the day have been a pleasant surprise. It’s a great addition to know we can rely on them whenever needed.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is great, surrounded by shops and restaurants such as Tesco, Lidl, McDonald's, Costa coffee etc. literally next door. The train station and bus stops are not far away, with 15-20 mins walking distance to city centre. Despite of its great location, it is quiet and peaceful. There is also no issue of anti social behaviour at all, a very safe area.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Same or next day response with the issues being addressed within 2-3 days latest.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How easy it's collecting the parcels with their parcel system in place, I don’t have to worry if I miss the delivery time.
