The properties are very well maintained. The management listen to residents concerns and try and improve and help in every way they can. Facilities are fantastic - swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gym, pool room, library, concierge service, good general maintenance of properties.

Overall impression of house is that they have fantastic design.!They are spacious and are well thought out and have everything that a house needs. They are very well equipped. The design itself is great. I like that on every floor of the house there is a great asset to the house, such as a balcony or a bathroom. The rooms are large, bright, airy and are well thought out and designed. The build quality is fantastic. There are never any major problems with any building or structural work. The development suits my lifestyle perfectly and I believe it would be beneficial to many, many others, too. I can not fault the development. The value for money is above and beyond what one would expect to pay in this area. Really fantastic development, I never want to leave and cannot not envision ever moving away from this house and development.
