Great location - close to the rail, tube, bus and river boat stations; easy to walk along the river to Westminster or Waterloo. Choice of three large supermarkets (Sainsburys, Waitrrose and Tesco) within 10 minutes walk. On-site bars and restaurants; gym, doctors surgery, dentist and haridressers.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It would have been good to know when the abseiling window cleaners are dropping in, as the first time they appeared was a bit of a surprise!

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

It would be good if the building had solar panels so it was greener.

Excellent transport access, GP access within 5 minutes, 3 main supermarkets, restaurants and coffee shops

I have been living here for 6 years so I know the area quite well.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

I would like to have more sun exposure but due to construction I don’t think is possible.

The area is great. There are multiple grocery stores around, including Sainsbury’s, Tesco’s and Waitrose. There are also multiple restaurants around the area. The tube station is only 2 minutes away from the development.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The housing agency was not helpful when dealing with the problems we encountered with the flat. When we moved in, some lights in the living room were not functioning properly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

The flat is quite old so many lights around the house are malfunctioning. We got them repaired a few times but they keep on being defective.

St George Wharf is in a prime location with fantastic transport links it’s easy to walk to or hop onto public transport to visit the many restaurants in London. There are several supermarkets close by too.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

A river facing property would have been less noisy and dusty. Also purchasing a parking space would have been handy too

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

The main road next to the development is busy and noisy, the balcony therefore gets very dusty and isn’t the nicest to spend time on

Lifts are very important, once they break it’s very irritating.
