There is a range of convenience stores around my location, an african store, coop and also very close to Tesco extra and so many fast foods and restaurants

Yes, but takes a bit of chasing to get a good answer

Good - that we would have a great neighbourhood with great proximity to everywhere important

Best design with best quality. Bit pricy. Provides Neff kitchen appliances. Kitchen space accommodat

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have rectified when the problem reported.

Space for water purifier is not given.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is in great location, very quiet, not enough parking though and the street lights aren't working

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, it was pretty quick and efficient service from building management.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That we will have so many cracks in the walls and not enough parking.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is not bad as there is a local centre which is about 5 minutes walk from the development. The local centre has 2 convenient stores, a Coop, Fish and chip store and dentist. Cash machine facilties is also available so overall not bad.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Emails are dealt with by the Morris customer care within a week to 2 weeks; however they arrange for the contractors to contact to arrange a time to fix snagging issues and this could sometimes take a while before being resolved.

Most of the things were pretty much explained during the sales process except the use of some of the things in the house like explaining how the heating works etc, so we had to figure that out ourselves.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Some issues has been done quickly, my only problem is the dishwasher.. it takes almost 1 year to fixed

All good
