Very convenient location near Stratford station and Westfield and there is a Tesco downstairs. Also, nice being on the Olympic park and canal for nature access

There is frequently no access to hot water which the management will not fix or compensate for

What is the best feature of your home:

The location is quite good for the price of the flat

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The property has been a bit disappointing for last few months due to facilities and management other than that I am happy with the availability of transport and proximity of Stratford station and Tesco. Bit disappointed with the parking charges and expecting to allocate one parking space for each flat for no charge. Bin collections and management has been okay and I dont have any complaints on that. I haven't witnessed or had any problems with anti-social behaviour or traffic noise.

I didn't know that the lifts keep going out of order at least once every 14 days.

What is the best feature of your home:

I love the view from my flat. I get to see the sunrise and sunset from my flat during Spring and Summer.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Construction has been taking forever. The short and quick route to Tesco and bus stop is now covered up and feels dangerous to be walking alone.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is no hot water during winter and lift is always broken

What is the best feature of your home:

Convenience of stratford. Bus stop right outside of the place

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The range and quality of local shops are very decent. There is a Tesco next to the building, and Westfield nearby. Also many gyms and activities

The problems with the lifts. They are extremely annoying. Also it gets too hot some times in the summer without any options to deal with it

What is the best feature of your home:

Good lighting, I really like the arrangement of the bedrooms.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Located on high street, the buildings are in a prime location with Tesco practically on society grounds. Bus stops all around the weather and relatively great bin collection spaces. There are some noises from traffic but it’s negligible. Life is great on the estate

The heating in the building is awful. This is because heating cannot be regulated in the living rooms

What is the best feature of your home:

How spacious the flats are with great furnished apartments.
