I really like this area, there is everything I need, GP, supermarkets open until late, off license 24/7, pharmacy a big shopping centre few stop after. Connected very good with central too
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Fast and efficient. There is the app which is very comfortable and the answers by email are quick.

The washing ma shine how they work for me is the only inconvenience.

Good range of local shops Parking is an issue Could do with more social events that perhaps are all loud music and alcohol

It’s mostly bars, pubs and restaurants and many coffee shops. There’s nothing close by for clothes and toiletries.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They’re trying their best but ultimately the main decision is for the landlord.

Community is very biased toward young people, not enough events for mature souls.

I love Earlsfield for its balance—it’s well-connected yet maintains a relaxed, local vibe. The train station offers quick access to central London, but I have to admit, the morning commute can be challenging. The trains get extremely busy, with so many people but it’s London. Despite the rush, I enjoy the area’s independent cafes, friendly pubs, and green spaces like King George’s Park, which provide a welcome escape from the urban bustle. While the nightlife is a bit limited and you might need to venture into nearby areas for a more vibrant scene, overall, Earlsfield remains a charming and convenient place to call home.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
once had a clogged bathroom, and I simply put in a maintenance request through the app, and it was fixed within a day—no need to deal directly with landlords, as everything was managed seamlessly by the support team. This prompt response not only restored my comfort but also reinforced the community’s commitment to hassle-free living, making it feel truly like home.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I knew before moving in is that the laundry isn’t free—it’s a paid system. I didn’t realize this at first, so I was a bit surprised when I needed to pay. It’s not a big deal, but knowing in advance would’ve helped me plan better.

Lots to do in the local area, lots of restaurants and pubs, and very close to the station, 5 mins if that. Very safe.

Maintenance could be more timely but issues are always solved.
