I really like this area, there is everything I need, GP, supermarkets open until late, off license 24/7, pharmacy a big shopping centre few stop after. Connected very good with central too

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Fast and efficient. There is the app which is very comfortable and the answers by email are quick.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The washing ma shine how they work for me is the only inconvenience.

Everything is good and the area is lovely. Wonderful local bars, tooting is a short walk with Wonderful food option to eat out

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Ash takes cares of maintenance and I had a few issues despite this he has been great in resolving these issues for me

Nothing, as everything had been explained throughly to me before I moved in

The best aspects about living in my local area is how easily accessible the transport links are for me to commute into central, as well as the variety of local shops easily available.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes- whenever I have had any issues which needed to be repaired it has been done with immediate effect. Ash is extremely reliable and will attend and fix any maintenance issues I have had.

Only comment I have to add is that I wish I had know about Folk earlier.

Great amenities at Sunday mills, I particularly love using the gym in the building as it’s equipped with the latest machines and never super packed.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any problems or issues raised have been resolved and fixed within a 24 hour window especially any maintenance issues as Ash is always super attentive !

The washing machines can be pretty expensive and do add up but this is the only flaw

Amazing area with lots of locals bars and restaurants nearby - doesn’t feel like you’re only 20 minutes from the centre of london so nice and relaxing too! Great transport links with the station just a few minutes away

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues or queries have been responded to very quickly which is fantastic

How peaceful it is, for such a big block of flats it’s very calm and relaxing!
