The house is fantastic spacious and it is fantastic for our family. Our only issue is we would wish the small bedroom was a little bigger. Parking is more than enough for what we need. The front gardens are well maintained.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. When we first moved in we had a few things that needed fixing and we have had constant communication until the problem was fixed

How warm the house got before we moved in. Much better than our last home

The local area is lovely and quiet, well maintained roads and nearby to my children’s school. Near by shops are okay, supermarket a small drive away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have not bought uo any issues to be resolved yet.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I’d had chance to view my property before moving in, however irs been lovely.

Bin collection is regular and always done. Parking. Well some people do not seem to know what a drive is. They just park in the road ignoring the fact they have a perfectly good drive belonging to the property.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes the response has improved and issues are easy to report and are resolved in the time needed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

For the people who stay long enough to "neighbour" all seems to get along okay. I have no issues with who I live amongst. It seems if there was a big anti social behaviour problem, Simple Life aren't very helpful. Lots of people have moved in and out in a short time since I lived here.

Lovely house,in good condition when we recieved the keys.Only minor downside is the garden is a damp

Unable to connect tv without fitting a arial. Many house have one fitted outside

The house is pristine on a lovely neighborhood. The location is very safe and tidy with walking distance to a nearest grocery shop, a play area and a good nursery for children. The access to schools (Wrockwardine wood), leisure center and NHS practice is also easy with 10 to 15 minutes of walking distance between each and home. The parking facility is drive-in type, which is good and the safety of the vehicle is good as the location is residential type with absolutely no noise,, and good neighborhood with no anti social behavior noticed from any one.. The bin collection is weekly; however, it is not inconvenient as the large bin provided with the house helps to accumulate the dirt/waste for more than a week.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. Most of the problems are solved except the garden, which was assured to me that it'll be fixed in the Summer.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It would have been better if I had known the cooking hub is induction type and not the gas type. I had brought many and bought couple of new vessels which are suitable only for the gas which made them redundant.
