Location is good and House Plan is good. Worst quality of construction and material used for construction are very very bad .

Planning location is good Kitchen design. Nothing more than these.

Great location with easy access to high street with excellent choice of restaurants and shops. On the edge of Yarm so great countryside walks on your doorstep.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. Customer services are always quick to respond

Sound from flat roof living space travels into neighbouring (semi detached) property

Walking distance access to local shops. Traffic noise and antisocial behaviour not a problem. Significant lack of bins/dog bins.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We were fortunate that they responded to many of our queries; however, we have had issues that have been ongoing since we moved in that avant will not resolve due to the length of time we have lived in the house.

Ensure you do a very thorough snag list.

Good access to shops, travel links, walks Bad- too many new developments happening in the area to which Yarm May struggle to cope

Would have liked to been informed we would not have access to the football pitch which is on the development and used as a selling point during the purchase

Lovely spacious home with a good layout for a growing family.

Yarm is an awesome place to live, living out of the centre means a good balance of country and a mile away from Cafe's, Bars, Restaurants and Independant shops

Make sure you spot your snags and get them solved before they leave the development

Bi folds that were put on the wrong way round......
