Excellent new development

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very close to lots of shops - Lidl and Iceland Warehouse are on the doorstep and Asda and Aldi are little more than a 5-10 minute walk away. Excellent bus services to take you into central London, supplemented by Queen's Road rail station which is a 10-15 minute walk away and provides Overground and Rail services into central London and the South East. Can be a little noisy on weekends as there are numerous churches on and around Sylvan Grove.

Fantastic new flat in great location

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Nothing really negative about the area, the family was relocated into this council flat from another building close by, together with many other neighbours so everyone already knows each other around here

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We were fully assisted while relocating so had all the information we needed from the beginning of the process

What is the best feature of your home:

All furniture and appliances were new, we really like everything

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is well connected, quiet and safe. The only issue is there isn't much parking

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing, the building was only completed one year ago so very new. But more parking would be useful..

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

Again nothing to report against the flat, everything has worked since day one

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The neighbourhood would be really enjoyable if it wasn't for the people gathering for church opposite our development at all hours of the day and evening

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building Management has always responded promptly to our queries

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There isn't much parking around us

Safe residential area with decent property.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is very well connected, there are plenty of restaurants to eat during the evening. Transport links are great as Elephant & Castle is just 15 mins away. The only dislike is the smells that develop sometimes in the area isn’t great. Other then that, the area seems quite safe and I haven’t heard of any community problems recently.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking situation could be a lot better, it’s kind of like a free for all for parking as there aren’t enough spaces for all residents here.
