Living just in front of Westfield which is very useful, close to the Soho House and close to an Amazon fresh shop. 2 tube stations within 5 minutes of walking.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The concierge team is always there to help in case of any issue

The access to the private gym is possible via the parking.

The location, just next to the Westfield shopping center, provides for anything you could possibly need!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Consierge has always been available to help on packages delivery, even to the point of sending the deliveries inside my appartment while I was away, on demand.

The gym is quite full on the evenings but is still huge and you can normally find a spot.

Fantastic transport access; Wood Lane and White City tube stations are 3-5 mins walk away. Westfield mall is again a short walk and provides lots of access to shops, restaurants etc. Given the close proximity to the road, the apartment itself is very quiet.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We’ve not had to use this as not experienced any issues. They are very responsive on email though with general queries.

Some of the least professional property developers I have ever encountered!!! Our flat at the Television Centre, top floor, has been leaking for over a year, heating not working still, after two years. They are still "repairing" and investigating. Multiple company directors have been contacted - they ignore us. The head of After Care - ignores requests, pretends her team gave us a clean flat - they haven't even removed the protection bar in the installed washing machine. Dirty flat - debris everywhere under the built-in kitchen. Residence Service Manager - useless, full of excuses, may wait for longer than a week for a reply. These people are amateurs wannabe professionals. The problem is at the core - poor management! Full of rules and always seems difficult to even have a delivery... Don't buy a thread from this irresponsible company!

Yes, slowly, and still not done, 2 years after purchasing the flat

Wish I have known how unprofessional is the Television Centre and Stanhope staff - almost nothing done after 2 years of buying a new home...

Good - Nice transport links - Proximity to John Lewis & Westfield - Feels quite safe Bad - Overcrowded area due to the TV studios shooting TV shows - Traffic can be bad

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

- Every time we had an issue the management was slow to respond and in some cases they acted like there was nothing broken when it fact it was. Threatening with legal action usually makes them more responsive.

- That the heating provider can't be changed - That there are lots of snagging issues in the flats and in the common areas
