Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

So happy with my apartment at The Almere. Even though it's near the centre and by the hub, it is so lovely and quiet! It's so peaceful in my apartment. There's a massive Sainsbury's across the road and lots of shops near by which is really helpful. The Almere team are all so friendly and helpful. It means a lot to come home to a smiley face and a hello after a long day!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven't raised anything yet but I love that you can raise maintenance requests via the app!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing really. Natalie and Christina were really thorough going through everything with me during the leasing process and answered all my questions.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

One of the great things about living in Almere is its peaceful and calm atmosphere, surrounded by plenty of greenery. There are also many local shops and restaurants nearby, making it a convenient place to live. The only downside is the lack of pedestrian walkways, as the area is more suited for those with cars. Additionally, there are quite a few roundabouts, which can be a bit inconvenient. However, the shopping center is just a five-minute walk from the apartment, which makes running errands easy and accessible.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, they re really quick when it comes to helping and providing repair services

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had before moving in? Honestly, I asked all the right questions beforehand, so there weren’t any surprises. I already knew there was no gym, which is the only downside. Hopefully, they’ll add one in the future! But apart from that, everything was communicated clearly before I moved in.

Great living space with an amazing location which is easily accessible to a lot of necessary locations in Milton Keynes

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, very responsive and very helpful whenever In need

Nothing as such , I would prefer this accommodation

Really good location, plenty of amenities such as local bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Green space and parks are really close too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management are always quick to respond and they always deliver a professional service.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Would like the staff to be on site 24/7 and not just for 12 hours a day.

The Almere, offers a good variety of local shops, restaurants, and bars, catering to most daily needs Note: there’s a huge sainsbury within 3 mins walking distance. Many nearby restaurants providing diverse dining options all within walking distance and loads of options if you have a car. Open spaces like Willen Lake and Campbell Park are nearby and excellent for outdoor activities. Transport links are convenient, with good access to buses, and Milton Keynes Central Station is a 3 min drive or a 20 min walk honestly it provides quick connections to London and Birmingham. However, some areas face limited evening bus services. There’s ample parking availability and best of all they have underground parking which I was first to opt in for and I was lucky to get a space as there’s a waiting list. There’s regular bin collections. Anti-social behavior and traffic noise are minimal, making it a very peaceful place to live.

Very quick to answer my queries most of the time within a few hours if not on the spot.

Everything was as expected since the staff were extremely transparent with us. No hidden fees nothing. I was aware of everything related with my move in and the flat and the building itself. The staff answered all my questions and even gave me more information. Very helpful.
