Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Located just next to Chinatown, this area offers a fantastic selection of delicious food options. In addition to the vibrant dining scene, it's only a 3-minute walk to an indoor market where you can find fresh seafood, meats, and a variety of other local products. Just a bit further, about 5 minutes away, you'll find Marks & Spencer, a well-known high-quality food store, perfect for those seeking premium groceries. With such convenience and variety, this area provides everything you need for a delightful culinary experience and easy access to fresh ingredients.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The team resolves issues quickly and responds promptly to any concerns, ensuring that problems are addressed in a timely and efficient manner, making living here a hassle-free experience.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

An additional surprise I discovered after moving in is that some rooms on the ground floor come with outdoor patios, which I wasn't aware of before my move. This feature is a fantastic bonus, offering a private outdoor space that adds great value to the living experience.

Living at The Forum has been a fantastic experience

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the Bullring, Selfridges, and Grand Central, and Birmingham New Street station is only five minutes away. Having so many shopping, dining, and transportation options close by makes daily life incredibly convenient. We also love being near Chinatown and the markets, which bring a vibrant and diverse energy to the neighborhood. That said, there are a few areas that could improve. Noise insulation in some apartments isn’t perfect, and the frequent fire alarm testing can be disruptive at times. However, these issues haven’t outweighed the positives of living here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management and maintenance teams are very helpful, especially Kary and Sajina👍🏻

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

All residents must be reminded to abide by the rules, especially fire safety awareness and all areas of the estate are non-smoking🚭

Thank you once again for the feedback. Jodie

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is the issue of insufficient parking. While the property itself is excellent, the limited availability of parking spaces . It would have been helpful to know more about this beforehand to make alternative arrangements.

Thank you for sharing your positive experience living at the property! We’re delighted that you value the modern design, excellent facilities, and the proactive support from our management team. We appreciate your feedback on the location, friendly staff, and sense of community. Regarding parking, we understand how helpful it would have been to address this earlier. For future reference, we can suggest contract parking at the Arcadian, just across the road, which some residents use while waiting for an on-site space. We’re pleased that our team’s responsiveness has contributed to your comfort. Thank you for your recommendation - we remain dedicated to maintaining the high standards you’ve experienced.
