High Spec Secure Development in the Perfect Location!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

My only reservations about the area is that nothing is open past 6/7pm. There's nowhere to having dinner in the evenings or anything so you do have to drive out for anything. I think a lot of restaurants in the highstreet would do so well if open later. I've never been to High Wycombe and having moved here into this new location and development, I have never regretted my choice. Aside from that, I feel the location is absolutely perfect. It's close to everything you could need such as shops, supermarkets, station, everything. The fact that I rarely need to use my car is so great because everything you could possible need is on your doorstep. Having a supermarket, coffee shop, park and being close to a station were must haves on my list when looking for a location and in High Wycombe where I am, I have exactly all that and more all in walking distance. Having worked from home for the last year and now having to go back to the office a few times a week, the commute to the office, while very expensive, is very convenient. I can be in London with 30 minutes which is quicker than a lot of my friends who actually live within London on the outer skirts. My friends are often quite jealous of how quick that is. All in all, I would not trade the convenience of it all for anything.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

While I've not had many, the management have dealt with any issues immediately. The security gates were one of the main things I've had any dealings with and the management were ontop of it. While this is still not entirely fixed, they have been on the case.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Overall, great location, great development, great landlord, and almost no issues whatsoever.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local amenities are excellent and convenient. St Peters church bus stop is 3 mins away. The area is quite and haven't had any problem during my stay.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They always respond to my email quick and efficient.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Sometimes I can hear my neighbours noise, but not that loud

Fantastic Place To Live

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Fantastic place to live, central and convenient location. The only downside is the noise from pubs in the area and that we do not have on site parking.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had a couple of minor issues which were dealt with. It seemed to be quite difficult for building management to get the right contractors for the jobs and we had a few failed repar attempts, but overall we are happy.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The noise from outside pubs although this was to be expected living very centrally.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lovely central location, only a 5 minute walk from the station and various bus stops. Just around the corner from the historical lanes. Surprisingly quiet despite being just opposite a very busy pub Thur-Sun. Only issue I have found so far was a period where a group would damage on of the entrances/exists on the north side but that is an external issue and doesn't reflect on the quality this far

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always with care and consideration to the issue. Very supportive team and always have a friendly demeanor no matter how early or late in the day

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the radiators were turned on in the hallways during the summer. This was the only issue I had for the move in which was easily fixed

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location is great for shops, restaurants, open spaces etc and lots of public transport options close by. Parking is a nightmare and I would say this is the only downfall of the location of the property. Would be happy to pay for parking on the property. Bins - there have been a few times when the state of the bin rooms has been pretty awful but this has gotten better since a communication was sent around. Noise - never really have any problems with noise from other residents other than loud banging above us as if furniture is being moved very late around 12pm - 2am.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quickly and efficiently - have not had any big issues at all

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That there was no option to pay for parking - this topic was discussed when we viewed the property with a potential option to pay for a space. When we arrived and raised this it was shut down very quickly. I even offered to pay for a space and if someone disabled needed it I would have give the space up.
