Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
My only reservations about the area is that nothing is open past 6/7pm. There's nowhere to having dinner in the evenings or anything so you do have to drive out for anything. I think a lot of restaurants in the highstreet would do so well if open later. I've never been to High Wycombe and having moved here into this new location and development, I have never regretted my choice. Aside from that, I feel the location is absolutely perfect. It's close to everything you could need such as shops, supermarkets, station, everything. The fact that I rarely need to use my car is so great because everything you could possible need is on your doorstep. Having a supermarket, coffee shop, park and being close to a station were must haves on my list when looking for a location and in High Wycombe where I am, I have exactly all that and more all in walking distance. Having worked from home for the last year and now having to go back to the office a few times a week, the commute to the office, while very expensive, is very convenient. I can be in London with 30 minutes which is quicker than a lot of my friends who actually live within London on the outer skirts. My friends are often quite jealous of how quick that is. All in all, I would not trade the convenience of it all for anything.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
While I've not had many, the management have dealt with any issues immediately. The security gates were one of the main things I've had any dealings with and the management were ontop of it. While this is still not entirely fixed, they have been on the case.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Overall, great location, great development, great landlord, and almost no issues whatsoever.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
We LOVE it here. Located so centrally, it's around a 7min walk to New St Station, and a 10min walk to Moor St Station and the city centre. Chinatown is just across the road and Digbeth is about 10mins away too. This means there are loads of places to go out without the need to get a taxi back, the shops are close by if you need anything, and it goes without saying that there are so many places to eat and so many things to do - we feel totally spoilt! We have parking underneath the development which is charged monthly, so we have a car here for longer journeys. With the station so close, and buses and tram options in the city, there are lots of transport options available. Because we're on the 9th floor we have a lovely view and it's quieter too, as you can't hear all the noise from below (apart from Fri and Sat nights, but this is minimal as soon as you close the windows).
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We had an issue with the bathroom and it was sorted within 2-3 days, really quickly!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We had good vibes from the viewing and it's been everything we wanted and more since moving in.

Good local Asian stores, direct route to outdoor market and bullring. Also good route to city center.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Prompt and very quickly, been very glad about that!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There were a lot of issues with the apartment beforehand so abit more preparation for a smooth move in would be great but overall it has been very good.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Surprisingly convenient with a Local sainsburys nearby and Acton High Street 10mins, Chiswick 20 mins away by walking. Lots of small parks around to take our little dog around. Busier during school drop off and pick up times as theres a few schools nearby but overall good level of traffic rest of the day.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
N/A - had not encountered any issues with the flat yet so cannot comment
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Contracts and reference checks took a while to formally complete which does add a bit of uncertainty, especially if you have to give notice
