Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
My only reservations about the area is that nothing is open past 6/7pm. There's nowhere to having dinner in the evenings or anything so you do have to drive out for anything. I think a lot of restaurants in the highstreet would do so well if open later. I've never been to High Wycombe and having moved here into this new location and development, I have never regretted my choice. Aside from that, I feel the location is absolutely perfect. It's close to everything you could need such as shops, supermarkets, station, everything. The fact that I rarely need to use my car is so great because everything you could possible need is on your doorstep. Having a supermarket, coffee shop, park and being close to a station were must haves on my list when looking for a location and in High Wycombe where I am, I have exactly all that and more all in walking distance. Having worked from home for the last year and now having to go back to the office a few times a week, the commute to the office, while very expensive, is very convenient. I can be in London with 30 minutes which is quicker than a lot of my friends who actually live within London on the outer skirts. My friends are often quite jealous of how quick that is. All in all, I would not trade the convenience of it all for anything.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
While I've not had many, the management have dealt with any issues immediately. The security gates were one of the main things I've had any dealings with and the management were ontop of it. While this is still not entirely fixed, they have been on the case.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Overall, great location, great development, great landlord, and almost no issues whatsoever.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the Bullring, Selfridges, and Grand Central, and Birmingham New Street station is only five minutes away. Having so many shopping, dining, and transportation options close by makes daily life incredibly convenient. We also love being near Chinatown and the markets, which bring a vibrant and diverse energy to the neighborhood. That said, there are a few areas that could improve. Noise insulation in some apartments isn’t perfect, and the frequent fire alarm testing can be disruptive at times. However, these issues haven’t outweighed the positives of living here.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management and maintenance teams are very helpful, especially Kary and Sajina👍🏻
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
All residents must be reminded to abide by the rules, especially fire safety awareness and all areas of the estate are non-smoking🚭

Thank you for your overview of The Forum. We are delighted that you find many of the facilities useful and enjoy the events we host. Thank you for also highlighting the hard work our team does on a daily basis. We remain consistent in advocating for our non-smoking and non-vaping policies across the site, please be reassured that will continue to communicate these policies to all residents. Thank you once again for the feedback. Jodie

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Very convenient for transport, shops and local pubs/restaurants. The street itself is fine but central Brighton in general does have a problem with antisocial behaviour and drug use. Luckily our flat is high enough above the street level as to not get any noise.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We've only had a small question about the windows and the team arranged a visit from maintenance very quickly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I'd known that the broadband would take a couple of weeks to be connected - I could've started this process before we moved in. It was probably only an issue because we were the first tenants.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Howard Court offers a convenient location in High Wycombe, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and the Eden Shopping Centre. Open spaces like The Rye are nearby for leisure and relaxation. Transport links are excellent, with reliable trains to London and bus services connecting the town. Large spaces for bins which caters the whole building, and the area generally feels safe and peaceful, with minimal traffic noise.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, they are very easy to contact. Usually quick and able to visit the flat when there are concerns.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is that the intercom system doesn’t always work reliably, which can make things like food deliveries a bit inconvenient, as they can’t be brought directly to your door. On the plus side, the communal areas offer great amenities, including a coffee machine that’s free to use and occasionally snacks available for residents. These small perks add a nice touch to living here and make it feel more welcoming. It’s good to be aware of both the conveniences and challenges before moving in!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Fantastic location and great transport links. On-site parking is unfortunately not available. There is a noisy (but great) pub next door, but the windows effectively block out the sound.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Arranging maintenance through the building app can be a little slow, though things are sorted in the end. Maria is great at booking in repairs right away if you mention a problem to her directly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing to add. We have absolutely no regrets in moving here.
