Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Really great area, need the metro link finished but beyond that it is fantastic. Access to parks and food in the nearby area. A nice place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have been prompt. Always letting us know they are aware and what they are doing to fix the problems.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had know about the club that is on the side of the building. Grabted we are on the opposite side, so it doesn't really effect us on the weekends but those closer to it may have a big problem.

Thank you for your positive feedback! We’re delighted to hear that our front desk staff have made a great impression and contributed to your experience in the building. It’s encouraging to know that, despite some minor issues typical of new buildings, you still feel the building is well worth the cost. We appreciate your thoughts on the area and are excited for the completion of the metro link too! Your note about the nearby club is valuable, and we’ll continue working to ensure all residents have a comfortable living experience. We’re glad our management team has been prompt in addressing any concerns. Thanks for recommending us! Kind regards,

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Convenient for travel (tram/train) 5 minute walk away. There is access to the platform from the Goodsyard s but unfortunately for the duration I was there (1 year) I never got to use.. it was out of order, when I moved in I was advised it was due to open a few weeks after. 1 year one it still is not open.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The staff were great especially Nadine, Eleni and Chandler 🤍
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I believe I was showed and told about everything while viewing the property. No issues here

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I have had no issues with the surrounding area up till now. I enjoy the close proximity of the Jewellery Quarter tram station which has quick access to the city centre, and its 60 seconds to drive to the motorway.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Fortunately have had no issues to raise. Communications about the the development are swift by email.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The walkway onto the street and to the station platform would be closed off permanently, shortly after moving in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is ideal for both drivers and public transport users. A large Tesco is just a 5-minute walk away, alongside various bars and fast-food spots, including quality fish and chips and burgers. The residence is next to Jewellery Quarter train station, offering a quick 15-minute ride to Birmingham New Street or a short walk to the Bullring shopping mall. Noise isn’t an issue, as most residents are considerate, and management enforces strict noise policies. This ensures a peaceful environment, especially for professionals with varying schedules. The area balances convenience, transport links, and a quiet, well-managed living space.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management has been very punctual with their repairs. They have ensured the problem has been resolved prior to their departure and if not given further planning. I am happy with the service they have provided me.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Although I stayed at the Whitmore Collection which is part of the Urban Bubble, I had a good experience there. However this has been surpassed by the staff here at The Goodsyard. The study area and gym are of high quality and exceptional in the service they provide.
