Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good access to shops (corner shops) with short walk to larger ones. Sufficient green space. Limited parking available at weekends mostly. Limited pubs/ bars nearby but several food options.

Responded immediately to any issues raised regarding in flat repairs, with swift rectification

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The building is pet friendly and being an apartment, it is worth considering you will be joined by a dog most times you use a lift (worth noting if this would be an issue for you)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great transport links and close to Canary Wharf & Stratford. It takes about 30 minutes to get to London Bridge and central London. However, there’s not much in walking distance in terms of shops, restaurants and cafes. It can be hard to get around when the DLR is shut as well as the only option is to walk to Canary Wharf or get the bus.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When raising requests with management about broken appliances/furniture, they can be quite slow to resolve the issue.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There’s not much in walking distance to the flat which can be annoying.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Many stores, close access to DLR and good bus routes. Very close to Canary Wharf and Stratford. A bit loud and dodgy with many schools around and rowdy school children.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been pretty proactive except in the case of repairs, the repairs haven’t been that great.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The area doesn’t always feel very safe but then again that’s most of London.
