Been living here for a while and haven’t had any problems.

Super central location with a range of amenities and transport options. A bit noisy at times but nothing a white noise machine can’t solve

Good access to shops, pubs, bars and cinema. Very close to Liverpool One. Only bad thing is that the noise on James St can get quite loud

Always very quick to respond and rectify issues....

When I first looked around the communal lounge was empty which gave the impression that no one socialises

Every shop you could need is in short walking distance and it's right across the street from the train station.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They've responded straight away and always resolved issues within a punctual time frame.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
To get an air fryer. There is a grill in the microwave and a hob but space is limited and the grill isn't great.
