Amazing location in Liverpool city centre, perfect to experience the city to the fullest, lots of bars, restaurants and shops only a stones throw away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Haven’t had any issues so far so cannot comment on this.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It would’ve been good to know there is no oven and the number of washers/dryers in the laundry room.

They are rapid! Michelle is great she has any issues resolved within minutes

Excellent location for shops and local nightlife. Short distance away from the Albert docks for a lovely sunset walk

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management at The James l have been prompt and efficient in addressing any issues raised. Michelle is responsive to maintenance requests and the team are proactive in ensuring resident concerns are handled in a timely and professional manner.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish I'd have known how good the location was so I could have gotten rid of my car

By far the best place to live in Liverpool! Lots of bars and restaurants nearby and the area is a lot nicer than where I lived previously!

Rapidly! They are brilliant. Any issues you have it is fixed immediately.

Living at The James has been the best decision I made by far! I have enjoyed every minute of it. The community is amazing. Lucy and Ellie have been spectacular from the beginning!

On top form! Any issues are address are done within the same day or next.

I lived in the city centre before but wish I had known this was here when I first moved! Couldn’t recommend it enough.
