It’s pretty much a 5 minute walk away to any major attractions, transport services and local stores.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Been living here for a while and haven’t had any problems.

I knew that there were regular events but never knew that they would be so much fun..

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

By far the best place to live in Liverpool! Lots of bars and restaurants nearby and the area is a lot nicer than where I lived previously!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Rapidly! They are brilliant. Any issues you have it is fixed immediately.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish I knew about this sooner. Such a hidden gem . Love it here

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living at The James has been the best decision I made by far! I have enjoyed every minute of it. The community is amazing. Lucy and Ellie have been spectacular from the beginning!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

On top form! Any issues are address are done within the same day or next.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I lived in the city centre before but wish I had known this was here when I first moved! Couldn’t recommend it enough.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The James is in a perfect location in the centre of the city. Close to shops, the Albert Dock, bus station, train station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The very minor issues I've experienced, mostly user error, have been dealt with quickly and sympathetically by the team.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The James is one of the few places I found that has some bills included!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location really couldn't be better. There is a metro station across the street and main bus terminal around the corner. It's in town but still quiet and close to loads of shops and restaurants. Everything you need is within walking distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven't had any issues but building management have been great at answering any questions and making sure the move in process went smoothly.

Join in on social events! The tenants are great and you'll feel at home in no time.
