there are plenty bin in the street area however there are still several trashes scattered on the street like cigarettes or empty bottle

the building management is very helpful and responds fast

Directly in the centre with very close proximity to Northern Quarter and Printworks directly outside
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven’t had any issues so far. However the experience I’ve had with the maintenance team fills me with trust

Make use of Northern Quarter being essentially just next door! A great area of Manchester

Excellent location in Central Manchester with great transport links. Great bars, shops etc all within walking distance.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Quickly and with no fuss, items replaced or repaired within a matter of days.

Nothing really to add, you can tell its a busy area and the building is self explanatory.

noisy at night, apartment is hot a lot of the times. Area is close to many stores and the mall and near trams
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I had an issue with the outlets turning off at night, it was fixed the next morning which was great.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish i knew how noisy it got at night even on the weekdays.

Super convenient location with walkable access to anything you could need. Easy access to several tram lines. It can be quite loud at night but with the windows closed it can get quite warm in the flat. There have been a few instances of fights on the street outside and once a bin was set on fire. I still feel safe though as there is a security team outside at printworks. I don't drive but parking is quite expensive nearby.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, they're quite good at responding and are such a friendly team.

How hot the upper floor can get in the summer, the noise level outside
