there are plenty bin in the street area however there are still several trashes scattered on the street like cigarettes or empty bottle

the building management is very helpful and responds fast

nothing in particular because the place is as what we expected

The location is fantastic, with a mix of trendy bars, great restaurants, and all the essentials within reach. Public transport is frequent and reliable, making it easy to get around.

Quickly resolved in 2hours or 1day max from notice.

People show a varying degree of care or effort towards a bin store.

The area offers a great selection of local shops, restaurants, and bars, providing plenty of options for dining and socialising. There are also open spaces nearby for relaxation. Public transport is easily accessible, making commuting convenient, though parking can be limited at times.

The management team is approachable and quick to address any concerns. They work hard to maintain the building’s high standards and ensure a comfortable environment for all residents.

While the apartments are modern and well-maintained, parking availability can sometimes be limited, so it’s worth checking your options in advance. The building is generally quiet.

The staff are really helpful. I've loved my 6 months here but am moving for Uni in Birmingham. The area has great shops, restaurants, and bars, with good transport links. Bin collections are reliable. Overall, a well-connected and vibrant place to live!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The team is very professional and responsive. Any issues raised, whether regarding repairs or general maintenance, are dealt with efficiently. Staff are friendly and always happy to help, making the renting experience smooth and enjoyable.

It’s worth knowing that parking can be limited during peak hours, so if you have a car, it’s best to check for available options in advance. Also, the area is lively, which is great for convenience but can be a bit busy during weekends

Directly in the centre with very close proximity to Northern Quarter and Printworks directly outside

I haven’t had any issues so far. However the experience I’ve had with the maintenance team fills me with trust

Make use of Northern Quarter being essentially just next door! A great area of Manchester
