Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

M&S is a 6 min walk away and Waitrose is a 5 min walk. I prefer M&S because of the vibes. The tube is in close proximity as well as any bus neeeded. It’s quite and clean, almost makes you improve your lifestyle and start being more active. Battersea park is a 10 min walk! Really nice!!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues are quickly dealt with and everything is well organised and more importantly communicated to the residents.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would add more emphasis on the events that go on in the building as hat really creates the sense of community.

Great connection to the northern line and everything you need close by in terms of shopping and restaurants

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They always respond immediately and can be reached at all times

Would like to have seen an inventory list to know exactly what’s included in the apartment

Situated in a great location, with good transport links into the centre of the city. The location and area feel safe with lots to do in free time

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quickly responded to solve our issue with the apartment.

Local area and local community clubs, everything was well communicated prior.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Battersea is awesome! Loved the area, there’s a few markets near by, coffees and young people. It’s a lovely environment.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes! All the repair requests were immediately attended

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The gym is very small and gets easily crowded. Would be great if it could be extended

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The Lark, well located to the Battersea Power Station and lovely building with modern interiors and amenities.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, issues with hot water and heating were rectified, and well managed by Aynsley.

Quite a few students reside at The Lark but respectful.
