Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

M&S is a 6 min walk away and Waitrose is a 5 min walk. I prefer M&S because of the vibes. The tube is in close proximity as well as any bus neeeded. It’s quite and clean, almost makes you improve your lifestyle and start being more active. Battersea park is a 10 min walk! Really nice!!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues are quickly dealt with and everything is well organised and more importantly communicated to the residents.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would add more emphasis on the events that go on in the building as hat really creates the sense of community.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I absolutely love living in my local area! The variety and quality of local shops, restaurants, and bars are excellent (suggest District) offering everything from cozy cafés to trendy eateries. There are plenty of open spaces to enjoy like Battersea Park and green areas that are perfect for relaxing or outdoor activities. Transport links are fantastic, with frequent and reliable buses, and cycling routes, making it easy to get around. My street is peaceful and well-kept, with minimal traffic noise. Overall, it's a wonderful place to live!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management is responsive and resolves issues quickly.

The invaluable importance of the night security team in these buildings.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good aspects are the transport links, good grocery stores nearby, parks nearby, and of course the power station. I also love how safe and clean it is in my area. No bad aspects, I wouldn’t live anywhere else.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they are super helpful. Especially Gabby she’s super nice.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing. I had no displeasing experiences. Everything runs very smoothly.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Such a lovely area, very quiet and safe, lots of stores close by as well as very convenient underground stations, the commute to all airports are super easy and quick. Everything is walkable. Plus Battersea Power Station is around the corner with a lot of restaurants. Perfect location.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The move in process was very easy and stress free, the team was extremely helpful. Caroline is such a great support, very engaged and professional. From the very beginning she made sure all of our questions were answered and all the needs were addressed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Having such a great infrastructure in the building and around is absolutely changing your lifestyle giving lots of free time and optimizing your schedule.

Battersea is great overall only downside is the poor connection of the tube otherwise everything is really great

Management responded very well, they are always rapid and supportive

There is a bit of works outside but they are not causing great issue
