Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The central location of the building is great for connections to London (~30 minutes to Waterloo) as well as the Woking shopping centre. There is a range of gyms, cafes and restaurants nearby for leisure as well as pleasant walking/jogging routes along the Basingstoke canal or nearby woods. The adjacent Victoria square hosts a range of events throughout the year which has been nice to enjoy and again very convenient. There is a lot of chains in Woking and it would be nice to see more successful independent businesses. Parking for the development is via the local carparks and this is costly compared to what you might pay elsewhere at nearly £900pa. Along Commercial Way there appears to regularly be a group of drunks who spend evenings of the benches but they keep to themselves, the shopping centre has security that are often walking nearby so again no concern.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The majority of requests are responded to within 48 hours, general follow up communication could be improved even if its a "We are still looking in to xyz, and no updates at the moment" is always appreciated. However issues are efficiently resolved and the team are great to deal with.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Higher utility costs and fixed suppliers. Updated parking cost estimates.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good: The neighbourhood is vibrant and offers everything you could need. There are excellent transport links, a variety of local shops and restaurants, and some wonderful green spaces for relaxation or outdoor activities. The area is very safe, with a welcoming atmosphere and a strong sense of community. Bad: Occasionally, the area can become busy during peak times, which might require a little extra patience. Parking for visitors can also be a bit of a challenge, but this is a small inconvenience given the overall quality of life here.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any issues I have raised have been dealt with promptly and effectively. For instance, when I encountered a minor issue with one of the communal facilities, it was resolved within the same day. This level of responsiveness and care demonstrates how committed the management team are to maintaining high standards and ensuring residents’ satisfaction.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had been aware of just how welcoming and friendly the community here is. The residents and staff alike contribute to an atmosphere that is warm and inclusive. Had I known this sooner, I would have been more proactive in joining the events and gatherings that make this building such a lovely place to live.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good: everything is close by as far as convenience goes, getting somewhere by train is relatively easy Bad: expensive area to live in
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Reception is always helpful and willing to help. Service team works with a huge backlog so things progress a bit slowly at times.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How to safely dispose of glass and parking was not part of the rent was a bit of a let down

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is the absolute dream for us, with all the needed amenities just below. The public transport connections are pretty good, especially to London (which is ideal for people without a car like ourselves). The lack of parking generally in Woking is a bit inconvenient for those with cars but doesn't apply to us so no complaints there.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Haven't had any major issues yet, but the dedicated resident's app makes it easy to get things fixed/replaced within only a couple of days of the request being made
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How many events and initiatives they put on to get everyone together to meet each other. I barely met anyone in he last building I was in
