Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
While the shops weren’t the greatest, they’re beginning to improve slowly. Moreover, with the train station right next door, you can get to anywhere you want very quickly, making it very convenient. Within the development, everyday facilities like bin collection isn’t a concern because of the bin chutes on every floor. Parking, while expensive, is worth it given how secure it is.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, the management usually responds within an hour of lodging a maintenance request on the app.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That you can book the communal spaces for private use!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Central location in woking everything that you need is in walkable distance. Parking is only available through council in the Victoria car park, and building is directly connected to the car park, so not much of a hassle. On the down side Bin chutes tend to fail often but management team goes on their top of toe to fix it and get it functional.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Every issue raised has been promptly handled the management team is always reachable and provides very good support.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Initially figuring out the car parking is payable and only allocated by the woking council was a news but since didn’t own a car currently it was fine for me.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The central location of the building is great for connections to London (~30 minutes to Waterloo) as well as the Woking shopping centre. There is a range of gyms, cafes and restaurants nearby for leisure as well as pleasant walking/jogging routes along the Basingstoke canal or nearby woods. The adjacent Victoria square hosts a range of events throughout the year which has been nice to enjoy and again very convenient. There is a lot of chains in Woking and it would be nice to see more successful independent businesses. Parking for the development is via the local carparks and this is costly compared to what you might pay elsewhere at nearly £900pa. Along Commercial Way there appears to regularly be a group of drunks who spend evenings of the benches but they keep to themselves, the shopping centre has security that are often walking nearby so again no concern.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The majority of requests are responded to within 48 hours, general follow up communication could be improved even if its a "We are still looking in to xyz, and no updates at the moment" is always appreciated. However issues are efficiently resolved and the team are great to deal with.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Higher utility costs and fixed suppliers. Updated parking cost estimates.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good: The neighbourhood is vibrant and offers everything you could need. There are excellent transport links, a variety of local shops and restaurants, and some wonderful green spaces for relaxation or outdoor activities. The area is very safe, with a welcoming atmosphere and a strong sense of community. Bad: Occasionally, the area can become busy during peak times, which might require a little extra patience. Parking for visitors can also be a bit of a challenge, but this is a small inconvenience given the overall quality of life here.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any issues I have raised have been dealt with promptly and effectively. For instance, when I encountered a minor issue with one of the communal facilities, it was resolved within the same day. This level of responsiveness and care demonstrates how committed the management team are to maintaining high standards and ensuring residents’ satisfaction.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had been aware of just how welcoming and friendly the community here is. The residents and staff alike contribute to an atmosphere that is warm and inclusive. Had I known this sooner, I would have been more proactive in joining the events and gatherings that make this building such a lovely place to live.
