I like the fact there is private parking on site with e chargers so dont need to try and find a space every day

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

there was always someone or solution on hand if problem came up

just come here soon er nothing much to not like really

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I like living in Edinburgh as you have such a cool fee between the old town and new - and living at Moda both are within reach so easily.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I go and speak with team if need a hand with anything and can always point me in right direction.

Ask if the apartment you have reserved is available to see when doing a viewing

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I find living here so easy to walk to work and then when im off can visit so many palces by either train or short drive.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I havent had any problems so far so cannot say yes or no to this one

The location of Fountainbridge is pretty much city centre now

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love the canal that is so close to the flat where can go for a walk/run or just soak up some people watching

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Everyone is so friendly and efficient if i ever need help

Just that there is nice walks nearby and loads of places to grab a coffee

the good points to here is that its so close to the city - bad is there is a lot of building going on

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I havent had any issues so far to be honest - all good

Wish i knew about the huge bike store - is great and secure
