How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

well-organized and efficient.I've thoroughly enjoyed my time at Moda Mercian. The facilities are top-notch, and the maintenance team is always responsive. The community feel is great, and the location is very convenient. However, the recent renovation has caused some disruptions to the communal areas.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Everything is clear. As a Moda Mercian resident, I've been quite happy with my stay. The amenities are great, especially the on-call maintenance service. However, the ongoing renovation has been disruptive, impacting the overall aesthetics, particularly the lobby. I hope these disruptions can be minimized soon to restore the previous charm of the place.

Amazing building with incredible stuff. The area is central and amenities are all around. Would definitely recommend living here!!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management responded promptly and kindly to any problems and queries. Particularly, Rosa is always able to help in a prompt way with a smile on her face.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how easy it was to book a flat online without the need to come in person.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

This is my third year living with Moda. Every year, I face the decision of where to live, and I consistently choose Moda because it is convenient and provides excellent service.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It comes very quick and give professional support I am very impressed

Lower floor would face more noise that you expect but its downtown as you know

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good - Distance to the city centre. Lots of places to eat out. Bad - One too many restaurant choices ;)

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been incredibly responsive and efficient in addressing any concerns I’ve raised. They always ensure issues are resolved quickly and professionally, which has been reassuring.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how vibrant and welcoming the community here is—it’s a fantastic place to meet new people. Also, take full advantage of the incredible amenities; they truly elevate the living experience!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s finally a good time to write a review. I’ve been very happy living here because we have a very beautiful and harmonious environment, and everyone here is very friendly.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management is also very efficient. For example, when my heating and some equipment didn’t work, they were able to fix it within a few hours. The staff is always available to provide efficient assistance. Charlotte Dean is a good manager. She is a very nice lady.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I should know the size of the bed. So that I can buy a set of bed sheets for myself so that I can sleep well in first night.
