How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

well-organized and efficient.I've thoroughly enjoyed my time at Moda Mercian. The facilities are top-notch, and the maintenance team is always responsive. The community feel is great, and the location is very convenient. However, the recent renovation has caused some disruptions to the communal areas.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Everything is clear. As a Moda Mercian resident, I've been quite happy with my stay. The amenities are great, especially the on-call maintenance service. However, the ongoing renovation has been disruptive, impacting the overall aesthetics, particularly the lobby. I hope these disruptions can be minimized soon to restore the previous charm of the place.

Everything is very close, 5 minutes from the city centre, the building is very clean I love the gym it is well organised and very clean. I really like living here

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are always very fast and ready to solve any problem

The place is very safe, very organised, the people are very lovely

Great team, nice facility, iconic location, comfortable living. I really feel like I could be energised and relaxed after the long days.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. With or without my presence, I could always trust them to access my apartment and get issues fixed.

How cosy it could be to live in. If you move to Birmingham, do make it on your list as a candidate.

The Mercian, located in B15, offers a vibrant mix of local shops, restaurants, and bars, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. The area benefits from excellent transport links, including proximity to a tram station, making it highly convenient for commuting. While traffic noise can be noticeable due to its central location, the overall accessibility outweighs this drawback. Living on the street is generally pleasant, with modern facilities and regular bin collections, though parking can sometimes be a challenge. The development also includes unique features like a rooftop running track, adding a touch of luxury and practicality for residents.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management responded promptly and kindly to any problems and queries. Particularly, Charlotte and Ellis are always able to help in a prompt way with a smile on her face.

I wish I had known how easy it was to book a flat online without the need to come in person.

Good -Center of any location, easy access to travel, good sports for food lovers Bad- police car sirens ,loud music in the middle of the night, not a lot of green spaces,

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All problems with maintenance had been sort out eventually but the only down side is the response time

Good - never get bored looking down from 3” floors. Easy to find the Mercian tower.very close to the train stations and town. Bad - Very noisy at midnight .
