Within a couple of weeks things get fixed by ringing clarion.

The area is very well connected and gives an opportunity to walk to work

The community is very creative and has a good feel to it. The decor is very modern and the kitchen is very well designed.
Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:
Add a balcony and make the walls thicker and better insulated.

The development is great but it's a shame that it's across student halls because sometimes they have parties.

The area is connected well its close to the city where I work

That there was no access to the back of orchard where the garden is.

The living room as it allows for a good space for me and my flatmate
